STAYING ON-SITE
All Universal Orlando Resorts except for Loews Portofino Bay & Universal's Endless Summer - Surfside Inn & Suites are open and accepting reservations
Guests staying on-site at one of their resorts are guaranteed admission to the parks, and can also take advantage of early park admission
Guests staying at a Universal premier resort automatically receive free express passes for attractions
Contactless experiences available including express checkout and room deliveries
Water taxis and resort shuttles available
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE, & VOLCANO BAY
Face coverings required for all attractions except water rides
Social distancing in queues
Selfies are the new character interactions
No dining reservations accepted yet, but soon!
Virtual ride queue is available to access through the Universal app
