Honest answers
How do advisors get paid?
Commission on the travel you book, paid after your client travels. Direct deposit is issued bi-weekly, and our finance team handles commission research and reconciliation so you can focus on selling.
Do I need a Seller of Travel license?
No. You book under CCTC's licenses, accreditations, and supplier appointments — ASTA, CLIA, IATAN, and state Seller of Travel registrations are all maintained at the agency level.
Are there sales minimums?
No arbitrary minimums. We believe in supporting our advisors, not pressuring them. We focus on mentorship and steady growth rather than quotas.
Does CCTC provide leads?
Yes. We run a proprietary lead generation platform plus ongoing marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads to our advisors. You'll also have your own personalized website to capture leads directly.
What do advisors book?
Disney Destinations, Universal Parks & Resorts, cruises (Disney, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and more), European travel, all-inclusive resorts, and beyond — with preferred partner status across 120+ suppliers.
What kind of training will I get?
A dedicated mentor from day one, our 15-week Advisor Success Program, weekly office hours with leadership, supplier training, FAM trip opportunities, and direct access to the agency owner throughout your career.
