It's finally time to check out Disney's newest cruise sheep in the fleet, the Disney Wish! Cupcake Castles Travel Company attended the Christening ceremony for the gorgeous Disney Wish. The Disney Wish at 144,000 gross tons is bigger than both the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, but can still accommodate about 4,000 passengers. It is host to many firsts, including the Aquamouse attraction at sea.
One of our favorite amenities? The Kids Spaces! Child care is included with your cruise with imaginative spaces to keep your princes and princesses occupied with fun creative activities and legendary storytelling in Disney fashion. There is NO added cost for any of the kids zones. Daily operating hours may vary for all of these spaces, but you can check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app while on board the ship to see most up-to-date hours of operation! Check out the different areas your kids can creative and have lots of fun below.
“There is no doubt that kids are going to have the time of their lives aboard the Disney Wish. The nursery is a fanciful playground perfect for curious little ones. The tween and teen clubs are so stylish that adults will wish they could hang out there, too! And where else in the world can kids explore a super hero headquarters, a royal kingdom and an Imagineering lab in a matter of steps? Put simply, it’s great to be a kid on a Disney cruise.”

The Oceaneer Club is designed for littles ages 3 to 12. Right when the kids see the space, they'll be leaving you to go down the slide where the club is located. Inside the Oceaneer Club are five themed locations with amazing activities led by Disney counselors, including:
Marvel Super Hero Academy: Recruits "train" to be the next generation of superheroes with engaging activities like “Avengers: Mission Training,” a gesture-based game where kids design their own super suits and virtually battle bad guys. They may even spot some of their favorite Marvel characters like Spider-Man, Black Panther, and Ant-Man and the Wasp.
Star Wars: Cargo Bay: A first-of-its-kind interactive experience, “Star Wars: Creature Challenge,” where kids become creature handlers and learn to manage some mischievous, exotic beings from across the galaxy, before joining an important mission to help Rey and Chewbacca channel the force and rescue the ship from destruction.
Star Wars: Cargo Bay
Fairytale Hall: If your little one loves all things Frozen or princesses, Fairytale Hall will be their favorite. They can read and act out stories at Belle's Library, let their creativity shine at Rapunzel's Art Studio, & put newfound icy powers to the test at Anna and Elsa’s Sommerhus.
Fairytale Hall
Walt Disney Imagineering Lab: A BRAND NEW location for the Disney Cruise Line where kids can learn the secrets of the beloved Disney Imaginneers with hands-on activities and experiments! They can create their own roller coaster and virtually ride it - it's an awesome new addition.
Mickey and Minnie Captain’s Deck: Another BRAND NEW addition, the nautical playground is home to "Minnie's Captain Academy" where kids can play games, dance, and participate in "drills" that test their imagination.
The bathroom is even better. It's all Pixar-themed! Check it out below.
